Ahmad Pelzer

Ahmad Pelzer is a highly respected professional with nearly four decades of military experience behind him, an established real estate vocation, a proven expertise in project management and present volunteer involvement in charitable organizations. Ahmad Pelzer is located in Merritt Island, Florida. Most recently, he is worked as a Senior Project Manager for several well-known corporations, where he develops strategic Information Technology plans for future execution at the internal organization. However, Ahmad recently moved on from this position.

Regarding his time of service, Ahmad served 38 years for the U.S. Army, working his way up to the rank of Colonel. Upon first beginning his years of service, Ahmad spent many years as a Communications Officer, allowing him to locate empty lots that would later serve as shelters housing satellites. Through this experience, he began to learn the realms of the real estate market, living out the processes many of these professionals adhere to, such as scouting location opportunities and reinventing them into something new.

In more recent years, Ahmad Pelzer served as a Senior Project Manager for several multi-million dollar U.S. Army Network installation and removal projects located both domestically and overseas. His role required him to set up, maintain and eventually dismantle Operational headquarters for both CONUS and OCONUS locations. Ahmad simultaneously trained and mentored junior leaders and staff and worked as a Senior Project Lead for IBM.

Ahmad Pelzer attended Regents College where he earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems in 1996. More than a decade later, Ahmad returned to academia at Capitol College, where he earned his Masters of Science in Internet Engineering in 2009. From there, he enrolled at Webster University, where he earned his Master of Business Administration in Business Administration and General Management. Ahmad graduated from Florida International University in August, 2023. He left with a Master of Science Degree in International Real Estate. Along with these educational endeavors, Ahmad holds the following certifications: Real Estate Economics and Finance certification from The London School of Economics and Political Science; Financing and Investing in Infrastructure certification from Università Bocconi; Commercial Real Estate license from eCornell; Board Leadership Program certification from The African American Board Leadership Institute.

Upon the completion of his Master’s degree, Ahmad Pelzer is looking forward to manifesting his industry knowledge into a continuing legacy. Having had previous experience in finding empty lots for military use, Ahmad has grown fond of turning deserted properties into a tool for modern use. From locating abandoned castles to neglected chateaus to undiscovered lots, he has a knack for creating something beautiful from scraps and finding a profitable purpose. His interest in investing does not stop here, however. Ahmad can be found investing in anything from Bitcoin to antique collectibles to high-class wine. His innovative spirit has served him well throughout his career and will continue to be of service to his presence in the real estate industry.
